Standing in solidarity with black and brown, young and old farmers alike.
Anti-racist work like this has been going on for a long time and has always and will always be important. But in this moment let's continue to push even harder for equity in all areas of life. I love seeing the recognition of doing even more hard work towards a more equal future from organizations like the National Young Farmers Coalition and others popping up everywhere.
White folks, our work is not done. It's barely even started.
Keep pushing.
Keep listening.
Keep challenging.
Keep acting.
I'm going to try too.

Microgreens are still new to so many people and some even feel intimidated by them! But they're not scary! They're delicious, super nutritious, and easily adaptable to any meal or snack you can think of.

Whether they're garnishing a gourmet meal, thrown on a piece of pizza, or stuffed in a quick sandwich as you run out the door, microgreens can go in or on just about anything.

Those were just three examples of places I used microgreens this week, not to mention in my scrambled eggs, in my wife's smoothie, or in a big ole salad. But the point is the same! They can be paired with any food and not only do they taste ridiculously good, they're adding a huge amount of nutrition to anything they touch.
