Rocky Mountain Salsa Company, LLC Gourmet Salsas, dip and Commissary Kitchen Both are available throughout the Rocky Mountain Region.

Since 1991, Rocky Mountain Salsa has created a chunky traditional
style salsa; “Original” (mild) and”Closer to the Sun” (spicy) varieties. In addition to producing and bottling salsa, Rocky Mountain Salsa Company operates a small incubator kitchen in Fort Collins, catering to small food production: new start up businesses and expanding companies. We offer guidance with health department regulation

s and assistance with the manufacturing process. Currently we have 20 businesses utilizing our facility and 3 new companies awaiting health department approval. Our clients are gourmet bakers, salsa,
hot sauce, relish, honey, BBQ sauce and mustard companies. Before our kitchen opened, mid size companies producing & bottling sauces had to cook in Denver & surrounding area.
