In a town of great IPAs, don't overlook CooperSmith's Pub & Brewing's Golden Scimitar IPA. A session IPA? (6.1%ABV; kind of low for an IPA) http://bit.ly/AcL2Sr

The reserved malt and alcohol let the American hops take center stage in this golden ale. Grapefruit, pine, orange and apricot are a few of the hop flavors to be found. 6.1% ABV, 74 IBUs, first brewed in 2006.
