Cosmic Panic is an easy Drinking Hazy IPA with big fruit punch and citrus aroma, featuring a massive dry hop with Eclipse Spectrum, Mackinac, and Barbe Rouge, and Mackinac and Dolicita in the whirlpool.

Our most recent exploration into Farmhouse Saison is crisp, effervescent, with a light amount of saison spice, and a healthy dose of citrusy lemon lime flavor from the New Zealand dry hop with Wai-iti and Wakatu.

UNDERBERG COFFEE MILK STOUT | 5.2%

We soaked some of Herbal Harmony’s lovely Underberg Coffee on our Milk Stout. This is creamy lower ABV stout provides the perfect backdrop to a gentle roast from the Sumatran coffee and pleasant herbaciousness you’d expect from anything involving Underberg. Thanks !

We’re very excited about this crisp, lightly floral Kölsch brewed with 100% Root Shoot Odyssey Pilsner malt and German Saphir and Hersbrucker hops. Pairs extremely well with pizza!

A Verboten and Purpose collab? It’s more likely than you think.

One thing you know about our breweries is that we both plan for the long term. We dedicate ourselves to a niche section of beer and we love barrels oh so much. It’s been a great day of hanging out and brewing, reminding us why we’re here in this industry and what it means to be a community. We’re both excited to see where the natural terroir takes us as we barrel our Flanders Red. See you in a year or two with a release!
