Ethan’s phantastic experimental DIPA is now on tap. This big, fruity IPA uses Phantasm, a Marlborough Sauv Blanc grape skin powder that utilizes the grapes’ thiols to deliver big fruity aromas, and Nelson Sauvin, Motueka, and Lemondrop hops to give a juicy sip and tropical aroma in a beer you’ve got to experience to believe. Come on in and try it while it lasts (we’ve 2 kegs of it). As ever, give us your opinion if any of the 3V5 experimental batches should be added to a regular or rotating lineup!
