Stodgy’s FIRST ever Fresh Hop B**r is tapping today!

We used fresh Copper hops grown at Billy Goat Hop Farm in Montrose, Colorado. The hops were harvested and immediately driven over the Rocky Mountains to Fort Collins, getting from the field into our brew in under 24 hours.

That kind of turnaround is what makes fresh hop b**rs so special. You get a short window after harvest to get the hops into the brewery, and there’s no way to store them and wait for another brew day. It takes a lot of coordination between the farmers and the brewery to make it happen.

And it results in the brightest and freshest tasting IPA possible.

Come try it while it lasts!

Join us this Saturday, September 5th for our 6th Anniversary. We're tapping our Colorado Pale Ale on our new b**r engine! Try this tasty b**r in one of our favorite ways. Our version of cask b**rs, or real ale as they call them in the UK, are cold (not warm!) and lower carb (not flat!), a lot like a nitro b**r, and we think our Colorado Pale tastes amazing this way.

We've tapped a special new b**r for Harvest Fest: a brown ale! We are certain this is the next trendy hype b**r style and will soon be replacing Hazy IPAs on taproom menus across the country.

Our Harvest Brown Ale is bright and surprisingly easy drinking while still being packed full of flavor from the custom small batch malts from Troubadour Maltings and the is well balanced by Nugget hops from Billy Goat Hop Farm

Harvest Fest is in full swing and Yes Chef Trailer is serving an amazing Colorado ingredient menu today. We'll have live music from 6-8pm featuring Rusty 44
