Poudre Pub Talk series kicks off NEXT week on Thursday, November 7 at 6:00 PM at Purpose Brewing and Cellars! To make the evening even more fun, Purpose has teamed up with independent agriculture producers to bring you a "Meat and Mushroom Kerfuffle Giveaway" which starts at 5:00 PM.

Join us as Ashley Fueger, owner of Purpose, takes you through several beer tastings representing different options for foraging and sourcing ingredients locally for beer. Discussion will focus on unconventional flavor profiles, identifying tasting notes in beer, and the value of experimentation.

How does the "Meat and Mushroom Kerfuffle Giveaway" work? Every two-dollar cash donation to the National Heritage Area offers you a chance to enter either the Meat or Mushroom giveaway. Giveaway entry kicks off at 5:00 pm and the wheel of chance spins at 6:00, 6:30 and 7:00, giving you six opportunities to take home prizes.

We love sampling the creativity of our customers, be they chef or mixologist! The Reserve in Fort Collins is serving “the Mycellium” as a seasonal special featuring a Hazel Dell mushroom fatwash Bourbon, maple syrup, Angostura bitters and black walnut bitters. We think it tastes just like fall! 😋
