Who is the face behind Mental BAKEdown? That’s not such a simple answer. Yes, Cindy does the baking but it doesn’t stop there.
From her husband who holds her hand when she is stressed and overwhelmed and questioning her life choices, loading the vehicles, running to the store when she forgot that one ingrediant and the list goes on
To her kids who give her space in the kitchen, sit at markets, runs back 8 aisles because mom skipped something on the list and everything in between
And her parents and siblings who let their waistlines go trying every new recipe, showing up to every event and PAYING for product knowing she will just give to them, always encouraging and supporting what she does
To her nieces and nephews letting her be the one to bake for them for their parties and school treats, telling aunt Cindy her stuff is the best
And of course the customers-who continue to order and shop and making this all feel real
It’s not a face….its a village
