Nicaraguan Nacatamales are a real treat. They are different than a Mexican style tamale as the masa has a bit of bitter orange added to it. It also has rice, pork meat, potato, tomato, bell peppers, mint leaves and olive. It is much more like a complete meal in a nice package. I will be selling this Sunday August 6 morning/ or for lunch. $12.00 each nacatamale. Taking pre-orders now. Message me if your interested.
