Not Judy got moved to a kennel on top of the Palace. She does not approve of the turkey being in her yard. So she will live here until the turkey babies are big enough to be trusted in gen pop with their mom. She also gets ducklings this week.

Ferra, our feral hen, upgraded from sitting on goose eggs to having chicks! I got the last of my large layer order yesterday and she took them no problems.

The turkey babies are doing well. The youngest gosling decided it identifies as a turkey now.

Found 5 turkey keets with their mamma in the yard. Put mamma and babies in the Palace with Not Judy.

Not Judy got another gosling. Since the geese refuse to be involved with sitting on their own nests, we take away the gosling that hatch under the ducks and chickens and give them to Not Judy to raise.

The Goose Father did not succeed at his job. Found another body. The predator we are battling is wily!! So we escalated protection. To the max. Our Labrador Willow will live with the meat birds until slaughter day or she leaves us the body of the culprit.

Not Judy was broody on eggs in a basket that was in the rain. I moved the basket, with her in it, under the awning so she would be dry. She decided she only wanted to sit in the original location. So I took her and put her in with the chicks. They are all so happy!!!!
