🌟 A Heartfelt Goodbye for Sami’s Cuisine and Cocktails 🌟
It is with both a heavy heart and deep gratitude that we share the news that Sami’s Cuisine and Cocktails will be closing its doors at the end of this month, July 27, 2025.
A year and a half ago, we suffered the loss of the heart and soul of this restaurant. Sami’s passion for good times, great people, and amazing food brought so many of us together. Her fiancé, with unwavering dedication, kept her dream alive, pouring love and energy into this special place to honor her vision. It is now time to close this chapter.
Sami’s was more than just a restaurant, it was a place where friends gathered to eat, drink, laugh and enjoy each other. From our signature dishes to community events like The Voice of Northern Maine, every moment here was a celebration of Sami’s dream. We are endlessly grateful to you—this great community, our loyal guests, staff, and friends—for keeping her legacy alive with every visit, every smile, and every bite.
As for what’s next—we’re not entirely sure. Several individuals have approached us with interest in the space, and while nothing is certain just yet, we’re hopeful the future holds something exciting. Whatever comes next, we hope to see the same energy, spirit, and community (if not more) return to this beloved location.
We invite you to join us this month for one last taste of Sami’s Cuisine and Cocktails. Let’s raise a glass to the friends and memories made and the love we’ve shared and the good times we’ve shared. Stay tuned for details on special farewell events as we celebrate the good times one final time.
