Sunday, October 18th I'll have the following available for pickup in Fort Kent 3:30 P - 5 P

(I'll be at the center, your food will be in a cooler in my car; 229 w main street, I'll be parked behind China Garden)

I will have the following available:
$7 Coconut Curry Squash Soup: Vegan soup base, mixed squash, carrot, onion, curry seasonings blended w/ coconut milk.

$ 10 Smoked Mac N Cheese: Gouda, Cooper, and more dairy w/ pasta (not gluten OR dairy free)

$15 Smoked Salmon OR Spicy Cali Rice Bowls: jasmine rice, hot smoked salmon OR Spicy "crab" (gf surimi) mix, avocado, cucumber, carrots, edamame, pickled onions & cabbage, lettuce leaf, topped w/ nori & sesame seed mixture, 1 oz gf soy sauce & 2 oz spicy mayo (sort of pictured below, the one in picture had less toppings).

Pre-orders only, please comment or message your order, no time for forms today lol.

Orders will be accepted by Saturday, October 17th (just because I'm on the road Saturday and may not be around to check it).

I need to head to Bangor tomorrow, so I won't be at the Fort Kent Sovereign Market but if you want a soup, bowl, or mac fix I'm your girl!

Would a once-a-week meal prep delivery service with meals starting at $12 help your bottom line?

Pre-orders for Saturday! We will ONLY be accepting limited pre-orders, so order ASAP.

Pickup on Saturday, 10.3 either at the Sovereign Market between 10-2 OR in town at 5p. After you order, I will reach out with your total & we can make payment arrangements.

We WILL be at Fort Kent Sovereign Market on Saturday.

We will have:
Sushi platters $12-17 (mixed plates, some spicy, some veggie, some “plain”- pic to show size)
Rice noodle & shrimp peanut salad $14
Spicy Cali rice bowls $15
Beet, blueberry, & goat cheese quinoa bowls with lemon vinaigrette (homemade - some without cheese & vegan) $10-12
Smoked salmon & crispy rice salad $10
Lobster sliders (LIMITED) $12 ( preorder only)
Minestrone soup (vegan, pasta free!!)
Mixed gluten sensitive pastries (varies)

All items are made with gluten free ingredients but not cooked in a gluten free kitchen.

I will be posting a preorder form for LIMITED preorders for Saturday. It will include pick @ market OR pickup at 5p on Saturday at a pickup location.

This will be only for limited options that are listed above- not the entire menu.

I’m hoping to play around with donuts & crepes… we shall see!

SUSHI POP-UP 1 OF HARVEST BREAK!

On September 22nd, I'll be located at the Church Parking Lot in Fort Kent at 12p with my sushi rolls. All rolls will be COOKED and packed on ice. They'll come with all the fixings you ask for on the form and chopsticks are always available.

Just a reminder that we will NOT be at the Fort Kent Sovereign Market this Saturday as we are at Recovery Rocks volunteering for the day. We'd love to see you there after you make your Market Haul- you can find us at Lonesome Pine! We are setting up our Walking Taco Bar & plan to throw in some baked potatoes, for fun.

We will be back at Market on October 3rd!

I gone and did it. Lobster Mac n cheese & missing from the photo are my spicy lobster Cali rolls. Not too shabby of a meal.

I have one plain Mac n cheese available for $10, a lobster Mac n cheese for $18, and 3 regular cali rolls $10/ each.

Comment to claim, we can make pickup arrangements via pm 😉
