Hunting up north this fall?

If you’ve traveled to Aroostook County for the hunt, bring home something that came from these woods too.

Had the opportunity to try the maple cinnamon iced latte from 96 Market Featuring The Doghouse Kitchen this morning, and it was great. Yes, it's a little sweet, but the mix of cinnamon spice, cream, and maple is presented very well without drowning out any of the flavors. Really recommend it if you're in the Fort Kent area. Their drive through appears to be open most days between 6a - 2p.

Just a little update as to what we've been up to the past week or so...

✅ Heating/Filtering/Bottling another 400-ish bottles of Maple Syrup to refill some of our benchstock inventory.
✅ Still making progress on the new sap super-highways going through the woods -- we might be able to pull them into the sugarhouse by next week if we don't get pulled away...
✅ Fulfilling a number online orders as they came in -- www.northernreachmaple.com, special thanks for the group of orders going out to Tennessee this past week ❤️ -- Oh and ApplePay is now accepted as well as all of the rest of payment methods on the website.
‼️ Working on a number of product releases...once again, they aren't ready quite yet, but we're about 3 of 7 right now. And when they come out, like the rest of our maple goodies, they'll be here to stay.

We'll do a raffle in a bit like the rest of our releases, but for the time being the only hint to share is the cold weather is definitely starting to move in, and we hope to get them released before the snow stacks up too high.

We had the chance to try some of York's Kitchen maple lattes a couple of weeks ago at the last Farmers Market of the Season in Madawaska--as we do when we're low on caffeine and it was pretty tasty. If you're in the Van Buren area tomorrow, treat yourself. 😉

🍁 It’s Bottling Day!

Today we’re firing things up and refilling some of our benchstock inventory with fresh Northern Reach Maple syrup.

And with any luck, by the time this batch is finished and going into bottles, it’ll still be that beautiful Golden Delicate grade. 🤞

If anyone wants to see it in action, we'll probably be at the sugarshack from 3pm to until finished today (maybe 9pm or later).
