We understand that consistently eating fully organic is expensive, but so is partying, purchasing alcohol and excessively dining out.

It is true that unless you are getting your food sourced directly from an organic farm, you truly don’t know the process in which the products go through to reach the store shelves.

However, it is important to analyze yourself from within, take note of how you feel when you eat organic vs non organic and allow that to be your deciding factor in what you choose to fuel your body. ⚡️🔋
