7 years ago , Next Saturday, we opened our doors for the first time as an official tax paying breweing and tap room.
With your support, it's truly amazing how far we have been able to come while staying true to our ethos and operating within our means.
We took about a year to build this place out, using nothing but our lifetimes savings, seriously boot strapped. No go fund me, no investments, not a single dollar from friend or family. Jaime believed in Davys work ethic and with their vision aligned , knew together anything was possible, even if not guaranteed.
We had to redo the entire parking lot, front, back and side for the Govt to approve us. Then we added swell parking and greenery to the neighborhood. We completely redesigned what was an old auto body shop into our lil piece of b**r heaven. Small and quant, but always lively and welcoming. Time, patience and focus....
We brewed over 1000 times the first couple years open on our one bbl brewhouse before reinvesting again our own money, into our second brewhouse. This included major Power Upgrades, larger brewhouse and many new tanks and glycol chillers. It was about that time our name began to gain reputation
We say all this not as a brag, we say it because it's always been hard and honest work, with a focus on Craft b**r and craft b**r alone. We have avoided fads, ups and downs in the industry, without much change to how we run our biz. We just hope we get better at making b**r with each brew and collaboration!
Over the past 7 years we have won numerous awards, traveled the entire globe for over 120+ national and international b**r festivals, 300+ collaborations with the best breweries in the world and gained the respect of our peers near and far!
With that said, we sure do hope you will come hang out with us as we celebrate our 7year anniversary next Saturday and Sunday, August 29th-30th. We are dropping over 14 new b**rs, 8+ in package and nearly 16 new b**rs for tap. We also have some awesome b**rs from our best buds all over the globe we can't wait to share with you!
