Also available this weekend will be a new batch of Cowboy Candy - which is candied jalapenos in a delicious syrupy brine!!!! Good morning my fellow Jerky lovers. We will have Beef Teriyaki Jerky, Char Siu Pork Jerky (think chinese spare ribs), Honey Barbecue Chicken Jerky, and Maple Turkey Jerky available this week for purchase. We also have Lemon Dill Salmon Jerky bites and Tequila Like Cilantro Salmon Jerky Bites available for a limited time and in limited supply.

Poultry is $13, Beef and Pork are $15 and Salmon is $17.

Adventures in Jerky making brings us the highly requested Salmon Jerky. These came out as Jerky Bites instead of full sticks but are delicious just the same. I ground the Atlantic salmon myself. Two flavors...Lemon Dill Sea Salt and Tequila Lime Cilantro. They are going fast and I do not have many. $17 per bag. Message me for info.
