A little hard to get out of bed this morning. 48 degrees and rain!

Interesting article about the Paleo Diet, a diet that is truly not based on science at all but it sure has made Dr. Loren Cordain alot of money! Of course the part I do agree is the avoidance of refined sugars and processed foods, but avoiding whole grains, legumes and milk products---now come on.

Proponents of the red-hot “paleo“ diet say we should all eat like the cavemen did. Scientists say: Not so fast.
