Summer is officially here at Salt & Acres — and with it comes more time to gather, linger, and enjoy the moments that matter most.

We’re excited to announce the launch of our NEW summer hours, expanded days, and new offerings designed to give you even more ways to experience Salt & Acres this season.

✨ NOW OPEN THURSDAYS
Join us Thursdays from 4–8 PM for relaxed evenings at the vineyard — perfect for after-work wine, dinner with friends, or golden hour by the fire pits.

Enjoy one FREE kids meal with the purchase of any lunch or dinner menu item priced at $14+. Valid for children 12 & under.

We’re now opening at 10 AM every Saturday and Sunday with brunch service available until 1 PM.

Join us this weekend at The Acres! Your mom/wife will thank you!

Even tho we are fully committed to reservations at this time, that doesn’t mean you can’t come out and enjoy The Acres. You are welcome to come in, place your name on the waitlist, and enjoy the beautiful weekend outside while you wait. We will do our BEST to get you in!

We’ll have The Shed Bar stocked with wine, beer, spritzes, and cocktails, plus apple hand pies, egg & spinach soufflés, and ham & cheese hand pies available throughout the weekend.

The Provisions will feature grab-and-go charcuterie boards, perfect for taking out to the lawn while you relax and enjoy the property. The shop is open a featuring limited fresh flower bouquets available to take home! (Keep your eyes on the lookout for flowers in the Tasting Room as well!)

Complementary Mother’s Day cards are available to fill out for your beautiful, amazing and deserving mom or wife! Come fill one out in the shop!

The lawn is ready to enjoy! We’re setting out the lawn games, the fire pits will be going, and plenty of Acre chairs will be ready for you to settle in and enjoy the atmosphere with us.

Are you looking to enjoy some coffee, tea and fun mocktails? Latte’Da will be joining us serving up delicious drinks both hot and iced! Latte’Da will be at the property 10am-3pm

Honestly, Colorado has been giving us full-on summer energy—just minus the pool and the green grass—so we’re rolling with it. Anything goes.

We’re so excited to announce the return of our TACOS + TEQUILA Dinner on April 10th… and this year, we’re doing it bigger and better.

We’ve partnered with —the official tequila of the Denver Broncos and now the official tequila for patio drinking at the Acres (as it should be 😉).

Think bold flavors, vibrant pours, warm evenings, and that unmistakable Salt & Acres magic.

NEW we are offering this experience ALL DAY Friday April 10th from 12pm -9pm - Come for lunch or dinner or BOTH! Also- this experience is for all ages- so no excuses to miss out, who doesn’t love Mexican for Friday dinner?
