is shaping up to be one of our favorite
weekends of the summer!

Join us for live music, great food, handcrafted cocktails, and plenty of room to relax and enjoy the beautiful Colorado sunshine. Grab a drink from the bar, settle into the lawn with friends and family, challenge someone to a game of co****le, and soak in everything the Acres has to offer.

Looking for something extra special? Don’t miss our Scotch, Ci**rs & Firepits experience featuring a guided tasting with Andrea, our spirits brand specialist. Guests will enjoy a welcome cocktail, four premium Scotch tastings, and a cigar to enjoy fireside afterward.

Whether you’re celebrating Dad, gathering with friends, or simply looking for the perfect weekend outing, we’d love to have you. Tasting Room reservations are highly encouraged and can be made online.

We’re excited to announce the launch of our NEW summer hours, expanded days, and new offerings designed to give you even more ways to experience Salt & Acres this season.

✨ NOW OPEN THURSDAYS
Join us Thursdays from 4–8 PM for relaxed evenings at the vineyard — perfect for after-work wine, dinner with friends, or golden hour by the fire pits.

Even tho we are fully committed to reservations at this time, that doesn’t mean you can’t come out and enjoy The Acres. You are welcome to come in, place your name on the waitlist, and enjoy the beautiful weekend outside while you wait. We will do our BEST to get you in!

We’ll have The Shed Bar stocked with wine, beer, spritzes, and cocktails, plus apple hand pies, egg & spinach soufflés, and ham & cheese hand pies available throughout the weekend.

The Provisions will feature grab-and-go charcuterie boards, perfect for taking out to the lawn while you relax and enjoy the property. The shop is open a featuring limited fresh flower bouquets available to take home! (Keep your eyes on the lookout for flowers in the Tasting Room as well!)

Complementary Mother’s Day cards are available to fill out for your beautiful, amazing and deserving mom or wife! Come fill one out in the shop!

The lawn is ready to enjoy! We’re setting out the lawn games, the fire pits will be going, and plenty of Acre chairs will be ready for you to settle in and enjoy the atmosphere with us.

Are you looking to enjoy some coffee, tea and fun mocktails? Latte’Da will be joining us serving up delicious drinks both hot and iced! Latte’Da will be at the property 10am-3pm
