***NEW FLAVORS***Until now I've kept most of my fruit plain because it's so delicious plain. Recently a friend asked me about flavored fruit which got the wheels turning again. Going in tonight: plain mango, mango sticks that will be dipped in chocolate, mango with cinnamon, sour coated mango, plain red grapes, sour red grapes, grapes with a variety of flavored coatings, and strawberry halves for chocolate. Containers of each will remain $6. Grapes usually take 70-90 hours so they won't be ready until Wednesday or Thursday but I encourage ordering ahead of time since this run has limited quantities of each.

As you may have noticed last week, some packaging is changing. Over the summer you can expect to see different bags, deli containers, and jars as I decide which, if any, I like better than what I currently use. The mylar bags and translucent deli containers will be continued to be used as well as I've had no problems with any of them. Things like raspberries will likely remain in the vacuum-sealed glass jars since people tend to squeeze them in bags. In case you didn't know, the current deli containers I use are freezer, microwave, and dishwasher safe as well as recyclable and hold the amount of active sourdough starter needed for most recipes.

Happy Farmers are sloooooooowww! This is only expansion during the first 10 minutes of smaller pieces. They have to be in the machine for at least 6 hours or you don't get the airy, melts-in-your-mouth texture. This also makes them extremely delicate which is why when you buy the name brand kind at the store they aren't as airy. You can't rush perfection😋
