We had the incredible privilege of sampling the 2025 Michter’s Celebration Sour Mash alongside Michter’s Master Distiller Dan McKee, the man behind this extraordinary creation.

🔥 Only the 5th release in Michter’s history

Blanton’s GOLD — how much do they actually make?” 🥃👀

Someone finally asked. The answer: Buffalo Trace won’t say exact numbers — but it’s only a few runs a year, and “not a whole lot coming out.” 😳 Same age as standard Blanton’s, bottled at a bigger 103 proof. MSRP ~$150 ($175-180 for Straight From the Barrel).

And Jeremy’s take says it all: “If I can only buy one — straight from the barrel, ALL DAY LONG.” 🔥
