We are so happy to have the approval of the LPA today! 🤩🤩

BREAKING...
The LPA has unanimously approved the first new building in Times Square. Carlos Chavez plans to build a 3-story building with a mobile ice cream shop (Meli's Ice Cream) on the bottom and a small place for his family to live in up above. It's a very small lot (formerly Kilwins) Chavez is doing everything he possibly can to get things restarted in Times Square. It's now on to The Town Council for their consideration.
