⚓ It begins with a commercial shrimp boat tying up at the Erickson & Jensen docks. Shrimp, already sorted and bagged by size while still at sea, are carefully hoisted from the vessel’s freezer, weighed, sampled for quality, palletized, wrapped, and placed into cold storage before beginning the next leg of their journey to restaurants, seafood markets, and family dinner tables.
