We are a Mobile Food service specializing in funky Caribbean fusion. We are looking for someone to be able to set up, cook, and then break down our canopy table tent setup. Staff. You would be the chef, and the other is the reception / order taker. We will also be creating a food trailer operation, and will be getting our beer and wine license. We cook for the local hospitals, HOA communities, and private events. We are looking for someone to eventually be able to take over some of these operations. Cuisine served is a mix of craft tacos, gourmet nacho plates, and rice bowls, topped with things like jerk chicken, roasted pork, vegan black bean patties, etc. Some cooking experience would be helpful. People skills are in absolute must. Good Vibes and positivity are half of what we serve amazing food is the other half.

On a side note, we are also looking for the "friendly, bubbly order taker" position, if you know anyone.
