Today I’m especially thankful for my family. They are the reason I get to do this and the reason my grandfather’s story keeps moving forward. Bringing back Bill’s original recipe has been one of the best things I’ve ever been part of, and sharing that history with all of you means a lot.

For anyone who may not know, Bill’s All Purpose Seasoning had a different nickname decades ago. Folks in LaBelle and surrounding areas simply called it Monkey Dust. It was the go to blend everyone kept close because it just worked on everything.

I’m also thankful for the men and women who can’t be home today because they are defending us here and abroad. Your sacrifice gives families like mine the chance to sit together and enjoy days like this. We appreciate you more than you know.
