Our first post! Welcome friends.
Oh how we have prayed for this day. So much pressure! What does one even open with when there is so much to say? Here we go!
For years (Decades), The Lord has been growing a dream in mine and Joey's hearts. A dream of creating a place where children, teens, and parents can slow down, Delight in the wonder of His creation, and experience the simple, beautiful joys of life.
A forest where hands are free to dig in the dirt, Curious minds can wonder beneath oak hammocks, and friendships can blossom fireside or over forest adventures and shared discoveries from the day.
Where everyone is encouraged to be still enough to notice the tiniest of God's creations, brave enough to explore what is unknown to them, and free to spend their days learning through the beautiful gift of play.
A place where they are loved, encouraged, and reminded that they are fearfully and wonderfully made by a creator who knows every hair on their heads and loves them abundantly!
AND TODAY, by his grace, we are one step closer to sharing this dream with YOUR family!
We are joyfully opening our exclusive "Early Bird inquiry list" to our interested families!
These families will be among the first to receive little glimpses of what the Lord is bringing to life here at Swamp & Soul. Exciting milestones in this final homestretch will be shared, and early enrollment information will be sent out, as we prepare to open our doors (Gates!).
If your heart longs for time filled with nature immersion, deep friendships, hands on discovery, interest led days spent marveling at God's incredible creation, we would be so blessed to connect with you!
Joey and I are praying that Swamp and Soul will become more than a place where families come to learn and explore. We pray it becomes a community where families feel welcomed, our wildlings feel loved and the joy of the Lord is woven into the simplest moments of every day.
