💜 A Quick Thank You & Update From Emma's Loaded Teas 💜
First and foremost, Emma and I would like to sincerely thank everyone who continues to support Emma's Loaded Teas and our little family business. Your encouragement, purchases, shares, and kind words mean more than you know.
Unfortunately, we want to apologize to anyone who came out to Unicorn Fest today specifically looking for Emma's Loaded Teas.
Months ago, we booked the event through email and explained that Emma's Loaded Teas and our friends at Cream Dreams Rolled Ice Cream are two separate businesses. We also explained that we sometimes choose to share a booth together under the name Sip & Roll for certain events. Additionally, we made it clear that Emma's Loaded Teas are healthy energy refreshers. We received confirmation that everything was approved, and we have been preparing for this event ever since.
Emma is only 17 years old and has worked incredibly hard building her business. We both took the day off work, invested money into supplies and preparation, and spent over a week advertising the event and creating menus for our customers.
Unfortunately, we were informed the morning of the event that Emma's Loaded Teas would not be permitted to participate.
Despite the disappointment, we still attended to support our friends at Cream Dreams Rolled Ice Cream, the event, and the many other wonderful local vendors who worked hard to be there today.
Several customers came specifically to support Emma and were understandably disappointed when they learned the teas would not be available. We simply shared the truth about what had happened.
There are no hard feelings toward the establishment. Sometimes miscommunications happen, and this is simply a lesson learned for everyone involved.
Most importantly, thank you to everyone who stopped by, checked on us, sent messages, and continues to support Emma's entrepreneurial journey. Your support means the world to a hardworking 17-year-old chasing her dreams, and for that, we are incredibly grateful. ❤️
Thank you for continuing to support Emma, her dream, and all the small businesses that work so hard behind the scenes to bring their products to our community.
