Meet Phil, our Head C***r Maker! 🍎

If you’ve had a Blackbird c***r that you love, then there’s a good chance this guy had something to do with it. Phil has been crafting Blackbird C***r Works hard c***r for nearly 9 years!

𝗙𝗮𝘃𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗰𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀: Ghost Lantern, Rosé, Moscow Mule & Estate Reserve

𝗙𝘂𝗻 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝘁: He grows 50 pepper plants every summer and turns them into his own fermented hot sauces! His favorite c***r is Ghost Lantern because it combines his passions of growing hot peppers and creating craft c***r.

Off the clock, Phil is usually outdoors, hiking the Niagara Gorge (he’s done the full 20-mile stretch more than once), paddling in 90-mile Adirondack canoe races, or cleaning up local waterways like Cayuga Creek.

If he’s not outside, he’s probably thrifting. He’s even turned his basement into a full-on 1960’s psychedelic hangout!

Phil is innovative, creative, and hardworking both inside and outside of work and we’re beyond lucky to have him on our team.

Be sure to stop by C***r Fest on Saturday, October 24th from 12-6 PM to meet Phil and hear about the c***r making process!

Do you have a favorite Blackbird C***r Works hard c***r?

Let’s hear it! 🐦‍⬛⬇️
