Have you tried our Beef on Weck yet? 👀

This Buffalo, NY staple is an absolute crowd pleaser! Thinly sliced roast beef is piled on a kummelweck roll (a Kaiser-style roll topped with coarse salt and caraway seeds) and served with horseradish and au jus for dipping.

Beef on Weck has become just as much of a favorite in our taproom as it is all over Buffalo and we can't wait for you to try it!
