After getting up at 5:30am, dropping off my daughter, picking up a U-Haul trailer, crying happy tears, getting rear ended, going back and forth with the broker and freight company, crying sad and frustrated tears and driving 5 hours on the highway at 55 mph, we finally made it home safe and sound with package secured!!! Yesterday was wild! I think I experienced every emotion known to man. And after a very long 6 months of anticipation I finally have my food trailer home.

All that’s left to get this baby on the ground is unboxing and putting the wheels and tow bar on so I can get it off the trailer. I’ll be doing a little live video later today if y’all wanna see us unveil this beauty.

Special thanks to my bestie Chynna for coming along with me so I didn’t have to go alone. I probably would have lost it if u weren’t there.

Hi friends, I’ve come into a few more hiccups trying to receive the food trailer, but while I’ve been trying to work out those kinks, I have been studying and prepping for my ServSafe manager certification, and well, I passed my test today with flying colors!

Can’t wait to be serving this community I fell in love with so many years ago! ❤️
