The milk house is getting upgraded again!!

I am so excited, my little milk house is getting fully insulated and FINALLY GETTING AIR CONDITION!!
I can not tell you how much I have been looking forward to not going through another brutal Florida summer without A/C.

Normally hubs does all the construction but this project needed to get done and he couldn’t get to it so thankfully, James with New Roots could, and he is doing an amazing job with it all too. I can not recommend him enough y’all. Make sure to save the picture of his card, he doesn’t have a page yet.

Not even 48 hours apart!!

I know I post about these kits a lot, but when you have something fun to grow, you talk about it a lot. And I suck at plants so yall have to listen to my excitement about mushrooms🤪🤣🤣🤣

It amazes me how quick start to first harvest is.

CAJETA… better known as Mexican CARAMEL fresh and in the farm stand.

Deep complex flavor. Not fake sweet
Less sugar than traditional caramels
And made with GOAT MILK

Takes forever to make but so worth it!
