It was a “leftover” kind of breakfast.

Left over NY strip from our yummy dinner last night, some of the left over pink oyster mushrooms and plain chèvre joined the farm fresh eggs to make a delicious scramble to go along side the French toast.

The eggs, mushrooms and goat cheese came from our farm as well.

Amazing dinner tonight!

Grilled steak with plain chèvre (goat cheese) and pan fried pink oyster mushrooms (harvested just before dinner.) it was delicious.

Just an FYI: Because we are bringing in fresh pasture raised eggs from multiple friends to help everyone, I have found people move eggs around the cartons to have only their favorite colored eggs in the cartons they take 🤦‍♀️🤣 and I am not going to police what someone else feeds. I am not going to call any of them corn or soy free now. I am also not marking my cartons separately because of the moving of eggs.

Friday fungi!!!

The pink oysters mushrooms are already working their magic! Plus! dropped off the new Pioppino grow kits last night so I got those started this morning as well. I can’t wait for them as to start popping up

This is a project I am enjoying the learning of. LOL the big fridge has round of the two of the grow chilling out waiting their turn to shine.

More jars of the yumminess have just gotten to the fridge in the farm stand. Along with some plain and roasted garlic & herb chèvre. (Chèvre is in the little freezer)
