We are eager to stock our store with an assortment of local produce and products and would like to collaborate with local producers.
In addition to our in-house garden, we want to carry as much local grown products as we can. If you have excess you want to sell let us know and we would love to purchase and resale it in the store.

FB Farms is Alpha Gal Friendly!!!

Because chicken and turkey are birds and not mammals, they naturally contain no alpha-gal. For people with AGS, poultry is typically a safe protein choice.
***That being said, hidden mammalian ingredients like broth, gelatin, or sausage casings can sneak into processed poultry products, so label-checking is always wise.***

Why do we stands out from the crowd?

There’s no chance of cross-contamination. We do all of our own processing at our on-farm processing plant. Our poultry never comes into contact with mammalian meats or by-products.

The bundle includes:

8oz of loose leaf lettuce 🥬 (much more than pictured)
