Purple Haze Salad on feature this week! We got a little busy today and didn't get it posted until now 🙃.

This beauty is packed full of nutrient dense foods, great for gut health. Especially good for peri-ladies.

Mixed Greens + Japanese Sweet Potatoes roasted + Red Cabbage (purple Cabbage because it's actual purple ya monsters) + Radishes + Dried Blueberries & Cranberries + Toasted Local Pecans + H**p Seeds + Onion Vinaigrette 😋

We had a scrumptious salad up in KC at Hemma Hemma Dinette this past week that inspired this version using local ingredients. It's simple, but TASTY.

‼️SEEKING LOCAL PRODUCERS‼️

We are eager to stock our store with an assortment of local produce and products and would like to collaborate with local producers.
In addition to our in-house garden, we want to carry as much local grown products as we can. If you have excess you want to sell let us know and we would love to purchase and resale it in the store.
If you don't produce anything please tag anyone else you know would be interested!
