Tonight, Hotrod bought BBQ from a food truck. He waited OVER 30 minutes for his food! That means he missed 30 minutes of our family event! Then, his first bite was a mouthful of fat. And his beans tasted like nothing but pork & beans.

If you want fast and quality BBQ at your next event, call us. We rarely have a line. With a crew of 3 or 4 and a separate order and pick up window, we get you through quick enough to get you back to the event you paid for.

Many companies who only have 30 minutes for lunch will call us because employees don’t spend their entire break waiting for food!

And you’ll find no fat or grizzle in our meat! Hot Rod removes it all before he even smokes it!

Well, Hotrod enjoyed Christmas with our newest addition. And baby just loved his deep voice. Smiled every time Poppy spoke to him!

What a crazy weekend we had with both of our trucks out. A special thank you to Mike Shipley and Israel Curry for coming to Destiny’s aid and to these guys when our blocks sunk into the soft ground. What else do you do when you’re so low that a jack won’t fit under it? We’re living life in the food truck business!

Hotrod’s Classic BBQ is in need of a generator for Saturday. We need to pick it up today. We are out of town with our big trailer tomorrow and Saturday. Our 2nd trailer will be here local on Saturday. We are setting it up today and the generator isn’t running. Even if it’s a small household generator, we can use it. Only need to power a fridge and steam table.

You guys gave us a record breaking weekend. And we thank you all. Have to give a shout out to this girl right here. We could not have done it without her. She ran her legs off this weekend. Gotta love this shot. It’s her chance to finally sit down and grab a bite to eat and she’s taking it where she can.

Hot Rod hasn’t done ribs for a while. But he smoked some for this weekend’s event and they are looking mighty good!
