🐊💚 This time of year is always a little bittersweet as our college Krewe heads back to school.

These two have grown up right here at Da’Bayou, and now they’re heading back up the hill to start their sophomore year. We couldn’t be prouder! 🎓

And, of course, they couldn’t leave without this year’s rescue kitten! 🐱 Fun fact: over the years, our Krewe has rescued five kittens from around Da’Bayou, and every one of them has found a loving home with Krewe!

Good luck this semester—we’ll miss you both! 🍧💚

🐊🍧 Meet our oldest granddaughter! 💚

If you’ve had our van at an event this summer, you’ve probably seen her working the order window!

She came all the way from New York to spend the summer with us, and at 12 years old, it was finally her turn to join the Da’Bayou Krewe. We’re so proud of her! 🍧✨
