Crockpot Roast: Carrots, celery, onion, potatoes and chuck roast! Top with a stick of butter and packet of Au Jus and a packet of ranch seasoning, cook on high for 4-5 hours or on low for 8 hours and you’ve got dinner!

Reknowned chef Duskie Estes (a frequent guest and competitor on Food Network shows) prepared previously-frozen ribeye and fresh, never frozen ribeye.

73 taste testers chose a sample of each (without knowing which was which) and rated the samples on taste, texture, tenderness, aroma and visual appeal.

FROZEN beat out the competition in every category except visual appeal!
