I was introduced to Tennessee Walking Horses as a teenager while boarding my first horse at a local stable. The stable manager took my family to a Tennessee Walking Horse show and we were fascinated. I showed my first Tennessee Walking Horse in 1973 and started breeding my mares while I was in College. Now after 40 years in the business all of our mares are sired by world champions. I found a couple of my favorite videos of Calico Barbie. Ryne White of Bowling Green, Ky did a wonderful job starting and developing her talent. As a breeder raising them is half the job. My job ends when the trainer takes over. Here's to the memories as we present her first foal "Paisley" in the Prestige Sale this Friday.
