PLEASE RETURN THE BARRELS.

Somebody recently helped themselves to the barrels we use to send spent grain to a local farmer for animal feed.

You can return them.
No punishment. No hard feelings. No questions asked.

Mostly because whatever vehicle you used to steal containers full of old, wet grain probably smells worse than anything we could do to you.

Drop them back off and we’ll call it even.

Do it for the farm animals & our beer production.

THIS ONE’S READY FOR ITS CLOSE-UP.🎥

CLOSING CREDITS | Modern American Pilsner | 4.9% ABV

We took the bones of a classic American Pilsner and gave it a more modern hop treatment. Alora, Amarillo and Lemondrop bring bright notes of Valencia orange, papaya and apricot alongside fresh bread, biscuit and just enough malt sweetness.

Then we let it chill for six weeks because good lagers don’t like to be rushed.

The result is bright, crisp and clean with a little more fruit and hop character than your traditional Pilsner. Lively carbonation and a moderately dry finish keep the whole thing ridiculously drinkable.

Now on tap and ready to be enjoyed by the multiples.
We’re open til 10pm.

𝐋𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞 𝐖𝐚𝐯𝐞 | 𝐇𝐚𝐳𝐲 𝐏𝐚𝐥𝐞 𝐀𝐥𝐞 | 𝟒.𝟐% 𝐀𝐁𝐕

🌊 Appearance: Opaque sun-yellow with a soft off-white foam.

👃 Aroma: Lychee, muscadine, honeysuckle, Sauvignon Blanc, grapefruit and Meyer lemon with a touch of diesel.

🍺 Flavor: Pineapple, pear, stone fruit, candied red apple, white grape, citrus and muscadine layered with lemongrass, light earthiness and those dank/diesel hop notes. Hop-forward without beating you over the head with it, finishing light and dry with a soft mouthfeel.

🌿 Brewer’s Notes: Little Wave gets hit with copious amounts of Superdelic on the hot side and in the dry hop, with El Dorado jumping in for an assist. The result showcases everything we dig about New Zealand hops: white wine, tropical fruit, earthiness and a little diesel funk.
