My very first Culinary Club meeting at Destin High School is officially in the books! 🎉 Can’t wait to see where this journey takes us!!

Actually, it was a pretty cheesy day! 🧀😂 We sampled a variety of cheeses, and I’m so proud of the students for being willing to step outside their comfort zones and try them! 👏🏾

I’m so excited to announce that I am launching a Culinary Club for Destin High School

Calling all students who love to bake, cook, or want to learn new culinary skills!

✨ Hands-on baking & cooking
✨ Culinary demonstrations
✨ Pastry & cooking techniques
✨ Teamwork, creativity & confidence
✨ Student bake sales throughout the year

📅 Meets: 2nd & 4th Fridays after school (about 2 hours)
🎓 Open to all grade levels
💲 Annual Fee: $125
🎉 First Meeting: August 14

Thee Flavor Files: Biscoff 🤎

Some flavors find you at the perfect moment.

In 2016, while sitting on a Delta flight headed into a new chapter in Atlanta, a little Biscoff cookie sparked the inspiration for one of my first desserts as Pastry Chef at Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta.

I wanted to create something that felt like Atlanta—warm, familiar, and with a touch of Southern charm. The result? A Biscoff Banana Bourbon Cream Pie that became one of the top-selling desserts during my time there.

Can we take a moment to appreciate the dedication here? 😂

Most people send photos of their desserts before they eat them. My customer sent me the after photo!

Not a crumb. Not a smear (very small). Barely a trace of Banana Biscoff Mousse Cake left behind.

As a pastry chef, seeing someone enjoy a dessert this much is the ultimate compliment. Thank you for making my day and reminding me why I do what I do. ❤️👩🏾‍🍳 👑
