Most vegans will never have beef with you (ba-dum-bum) but this one does!

Morgan (vegan) and Benji (non-vegan) were both able to enjoy our food truck thanks to our Twisted (Vegan) Nachos. Made with zesty bulgur “ground beef.” And our own Cheez sauce: a blend of potato, carrot, onion, nutritional yeast, white beans and spices. Now topped with pickled red onions.

Benji went with the Double Smashburger. Made with local ground beef from Wood Farms FW, we super smash our patties right on the grill to get those nice crispy edges. Our secret ingredient: coarse sea salt while the burgers are searing. With special Twist sauce on BOTH buns (obviously) plus TWO slices of cheese and a layer of pickles and onions. The hot smashed patties go on last to lightly cook the thinly sliced onions underneath. 😚 *chef’s kiss

Heyyyyy! We’ve gained some new friends 👋 so wanted to reintroduce ourselves!

We’re Drew and TJ, the bearded, tatted and hatted guys inside the truck. We each started our cooking passions as kids, Drew here in Fort Wayne and TJ over in Philly, until we both had the smart idea to attend The Culinary Institute of America in New York. That’s where we met and bonded over coordinating senses of humor, a love of making food and dreams of owning a food truck.

Fast forward past some years of saving money, making business plans, a culinary road trip, an interim cookie shop, more money saving and here we are! Starting a new business is TOUGH, but we’re still having fun and excited for what’s ahead.

Thanks for joining our journey! 🚚 We’re really glad you’re here! 🫶

Our Maple 🍁 Buffalo 🦬 Wings 🍗 are first brined for 24 hours to get the meat nice and seasoned. Then they are fried TWICE for maximum crunch. Straight from the fryer, the hot wings help caramelize the sauce to make sure it sticks to every bite. The flavor starts with the distinct taste of real maple syrup and leaves you with a sweet kick of smoky buffalo.

Soda mixed with milk? Gross. Soda mixed with frozen milk? Amazing! ✨

Get your ice cream float TWISTED with “A Damn Fine Soda” like Blueberry Cream, Cream Soda, or Lemon Lime. Pour one on top of a couple scoops of Moo-ville vanilla ice cream from Oh Five Scoop Shop. It’s like a creamsicle in a cup!

Prefer to stick with a more classic float? Top your ice cream with Sprecher craft root beer. It’ll remind you of the good ol’ days!

We were gonna make a joke about being vegan, but didn’t want to be too cheesy. 🥁🧀

Anita (vegan) and Dave (non-vegan) were both able to enjoy our food truck thanks to our new Vegan Nachos. Made with zesty bulgur “ground beef.” And our own Cheez sauce: a blend of potato, carrot, onion, nutritional yeast, white beans and spices. Topped with a limey pico.

Dave went with the Korean Fried Chicken Wings. First brined for 24 hours to get the meat nice and seasoned, the wings are fried TWICE for maximum crunch. The sauce is a little tangy, a little sweet, a little spicy and a lot sticky and grippy so every bite is packed with flavor.
