Most vegans will never have beef with you (ba-dum-bum) but this one does!
Morgan (vegan) and Benji (non-vegan) were both able to enjoy our food truck thanks to our Twisted (Vegan) Nachos. Made with zesty bulgur “ground beef.” And our own Cheez sauce: a blend of potato, carrot, onion, nutritional yeast, white beans and spices. Now topped with pickled red onions.
Benji went with the Double Smashburger. Made with local ground beef from Wood Farms FW, we super smash our patties right on the grill to get those nice crispy edges. Our secret ingredient: coarse sea salt while the burgers are searing. With special Twist sauce on BOTH buns (obviously) plus TWO slices of cheese and a layer of pickles and onions. The hot smashed patties go on last to lightly cook the thinly sliced onions underneath. 😚 *chef’s kiss
