here is your sign to take a girls trip to Mexico City - this was the trip of a lifetime, for real.

The original reason for the trip was to see harry styles - but tbh I’m not a huge harry girlie (Noah kahan and Quinn are my boys) but when the gods present you with a possible girls trip to one of the biggest foodie capitals of the world, you don’t say no.

With a special thanks for my bilingual gringa girlie () & some special recs from my fav Mexico City girlie (Nayeli) this trip was perfectly planned & enjoyed to its fullest.

We hit up multiple Michelin star restaurants- grabbed elote on a boat - grabbed the quesadillas from the street carts - and enjoyed some goodies from the panderia… ugh, cannot wait for our next trip back!

Parasite Noodles: inspired by the 2019 award winning movie “Parasite”, we created our version of the noodle dish served in the movie.

Our version is made with dry ramen noodles, served with a sweet and spicy 🌶️ sauce, fried onions, scallion, purple onions, stir fried marinated beef and steamed beansprouts.

What makes this dish so delicious is the balance in flavors and texture. If you’ve never tried this dish, this is your calling!!!

[GIFTED] Trading Post Outfitters and Acres Away Winery is doing it again this summer, their awesome Sip and Float events!

We were lucky to be invited yet again this year (we love this ongoing collab and are so thankful to be thought of again this year!) - however last minute I got sick so was unable to go.

But don’t worry, the crew held down the fort and took one for the team - able to enjoy the experience and get the content we needed to show you how great it was!

Here is the breakdown of what occurs on a Sip and Float excursion:
🛶 you meat at
🚍 you board the bus
🍷 they drive you to
🍕 you eat, drink, go on a winery tour & enjoy you’re time
🚍 you board the bus and head back to
🛶 you start your canoe journey, enjoy nature, get a good sun tan, and spend your time kayaking or canoeing just how you like it

So very bummed I couldn’t have joined this year but I have no doubts it was amazing - we’ve been kayaking mongo river all our lives and the collaboration between them and our fav winery- there really isn’t anything better.

[GIFTED] ya’ll know I love a latte and with lake season coming up I needed something easy and still provides a quality pull of espresso to keep up there - without breaking the budget. well - somehow the universe heard my calls and Shardor reached out to have me try one of their machines.

I cannot tell you how GREAT this espresso maker is for the price. If it weren’t gifted to me I would’ve bought it after seeing what it could do.

So just putting this out there for all you novice latte artists like myself, this is a perfect starter machine!
