Features for this week:
-Pan Seared Sea Bass - served over creamy seafood risotto (lobster, shrimp, sweet corn, and peas), finished with orange citrus beurre blanc
-18oz grilled lowa bone in Ribeye - served over garlic mashed potatoes and a side of fried Brussels sprouts tossed in honey garlic glaze, and house prepared steak butter.
Both with microgreens!

What is this?

I wanted a place where I could share my adventures in growing plants, both for my own family and garden, as well as to share with others. Our family lived in Papua New Guinea from 2015-19. I quickly discovered that even though I had gardening experience, I had a lot to learn when faced with a quarter acre garden and year-round growing season. I grew everything from seed and let me tell you, itโ€™s easy to start many more seedlings than your garden beds can hold. Now that we have re-settled in Fort Wayne, IN, I am more motivated than ever to grow food for our family, and I want to empower others to grow their own food as well. I can do that by sharing my experiences and practices, as well as by selling my surplus locally. I will be selling surplus seedlings via FB Marketplace and Nextdoor. Or, if you prefer, I will be sharing photos and videos of the process, so you can do it too!
