What’s your favorite way to use Sofrito? Of course we love it in rice dishes like Arroz con Pollo, but it also makes a great aromatic base for building flavors in sauces, soups and stews.

It takes a community thank you Monte Cristo Wine Bar and Kathy Sue Ahee-Courneene, Lanelle Pearl, and Melisa McCann Music for making this night what it was. It was a true blessing. Getting to meet and talk to all the guests was a great experience !

As we are in the final countdown, I have a menu update for all attending guests. Due to shortage on ingredients I had to swap a menu item out. I hope no one’s taste buds are disappointed. We still have some yummy stuff you. And looking at the weather forecasts this comfort food is just what we need 🥰
