Big day over at Wesley Chapel. Our first location hits six years today, six years of fresh pasta, sauce made in house, and bowls built exactly how people asked for them. Every morning starts the same way back there, pots on, prep going, before the doors open. That's the standard the rest of us cook to. Congrats to the Wesley Chapel crew.

Best Italian Restaurant in Tampa Bay 🏆

Four years in a row, Gold, People's Choice. The votes came from real people, which is exactly why this one means what it does to us.

Four years is a long time to hold onto something like this, and it only happens because people keep choosing us. That is not something we take lightly.

We think about it every day. The regulars who never need a menu. The families who made us part of their week. The people who bring a friend in and say you have to try this. The ones who took a minute out of their day to vote for a pasta shop.

None of that shows up on a plaque, but it is the whole reason the plaque exists.

We are proud of it, and we plan on keeping it that way. Every bowl that goes out still has to earn the next one. Same standard tomorrow as the day we opened.

Thank you Tampa Bay. Let's keep it going.
