Myzel (my:tse:l) is German for mycelium and as an homage to our heritage, like mycelium, we believe in connecting to your roots. As a family-owned small business, we value growing the highest quality mushrooms possible for our supporters. Fresh and healthy food is a passion we love to share and strive to help others enjoy.
