New year, new … us?
Earlier this year, Windrose Urban Farm and Young Urban Homesteaders (YUH) merged to become one community partner for our customers. However, keeping two separate identities while trying to operate under one umbrella definitely came with some challenges. After a lot of thought, we have decided YUH will officially take on the Windrose Urban Farm name beginning in 2022.
Our first priority is to continue to serve this community with the incredible values that YUH was built on. We will never compromise the quality of products, recipes or service that you have come to love and expect. Every product will remain local, ethical and sustainable. Our products will keep the same great taste and will continue to be made either with produce grown on our farm in the heart of downtown Fort Wayne or with locally sourced ingredients.
We just want to make delicious products for you and add to our already awesome lineup of fermented and fresh foods. You can expect to see changes in the appearance of our packaging (hint, hint … new logo?); and you can keep up with us by following our Instagram (), Facebook (Windrose Urban Farm) and TikTok ().
We are so excited to start this next chapter, and we are thankful for the support of you—our community.
