University of Saint Francis Dining Services prioritizes diner safety over everything! Every step of the process is dedicated to keeping food allergic reactions to a MINIMUM 🙅‍♂️

From in-depth cross contamination training for our Chefs to Food Identifier cards, we are committed to combatting allergies! 💙

If you are ever unsure about a food allergen in something you would like to consume, always ASK a staff member, and they will be happy to help you! 👩‍🍳🧑‍🍳

There were more exciting happenings, memories made, and cool new things to eat than we could mention! We are so glad we could share the meals and 'mems' with all of you, Cougars 🥰😋

To our graduates, congratulations and thank you for dining with us during your academic journey!

Reminder that we will be open in Trinity Dining Hall on weekdays 11am-1pm and Holy Grounds on weekdays 8-11am this SUMMER!

Dining Services is celebrating today by highlighting our beloved Green2Go boxes!!

If you want to take food outside of Trinity Dining Hall (and be honest, on a day like today, why wouldn’t you?!) our Green2Go reusable program is the only way to do it!! 💚

For only $5.50, you can purchase a Green2Go box and take your food on the go, sustainable…and chic 😎✨

Then, every time you enter the dining hall, the front desk will give you a fresh, clean Green2Go box while you place the previous one on the dish line! Quick, green, and convenient! 🙏🏼

Chef Lori had a blast talking to students about our campus bees for the Eco Fair! 🐝

Students and staff tasted 6 different types of honey and took home freebies like specialty stickers and honey-based recipe cards.

Chef Lori shared everything from beekeeping facts to info about the vitality of bees in our ecosystem, as well as how honey is made and why there are different colors, flavors, and textures of Honey!
