Today, we’re stepping away from our usual restaurant updates to share a personal message from Panos to his wife, Stephanie, on her birthday.
In his words:
"Stephanie,
I don’t say this enough, but you deserve so much more credit than you’ll ever take. Many people know our family through the restaurants, but they don’t always see the person who has held our family together through it all.
You’re an incredible mother to our kids, an amazing wife, and one of the hardest working people I know. Through the good times and the stressful times, you’ve always been there for all of us. You put everyone else first and never ask for recognition.
Over the years, a lot of people have congratulated me for what we’ve accomplished, but the truth is that none of it would have happened without you by my side. You’ve sacrificed more than anyone will ever know, and our family is stronger because of you.
More important than anything we’ve achieved is the life we’ve built together and the family we’re raising. That will always be my greatest accomplishment.
I hope today you know how loved and appreciated you are not just by me, but by our kids and everyone whose lives you touch. Thank you for everything you do, even the things that go unnoticed.
Happy Birthday. I love you, and I’m grateful every day that I get to share this life with you.
