Confirmed our first breeding of the season! We've been slowly catching heats and getting does settled, and we couldn't be more excited to see what these bucks will bring to this next kid crop. I've been working endlessly on our official breeding schedule that's constantly changing, but it's all starting to come together. It has been so exciting watching this yearling mature and continue to shine.

☀️ Clicken Hooves CS La Soleil☀️

She has impressed us every step of the way with her incredible will to milk. From the day she was born, she has been the most opinionated doe in the barn, making her an easy favorite.

I love how correct this doe is from end to end. She is incredibly smooth on the move, with tremendous width throughout, exceptional substance of bone, impressive spring of rib, and outstanding depth of barrel for a yearling. She continues to develop exactly the way we had hoped, and I can't wait to see what the future holds for her.

I'm hoping to get her back into the show ring a few more times this year, but she was more than deserving of some updated photos in the meantime.

La Buena Vida Double Lover

This handsome little buckling is co-owned with Three Sands Dairy Goats and Witching Hour - WH Dairy Nigerian Dwarf Goats.
We had admired his dam for quite some time, and after the unfortunate circumstances surrounding our previous buckling, we were searching for the right herd sire to move our breeding program forward.

He combines exceptional length of body, levelness over the topline, smooth blending throughout, and a prominent, well-developed brisket that gives him both balance and strength. He is an attractive young buck with the structural correctness and style we strive to produce.

Backed by an impressive pedigree, I have high expectations for the influence he will have on our herd. I look forward to watching what he will produce for us.

From the moment she hit the ground, I absolutely adored this kid. She has been a standout from day one with her correctness, balance, and effortless elegance on the move. Her color was completely unexpected, but I can't deny that chocolate LaManchas have always been my favorite.

She is exceptionally level from her loin through her rump with a wide, powerful framework. She is very flat-boned while still demonstrating excellent spring of rib, giving her the combination of dairyness and capacity that I value. I have high expectations for this doe as she matures and can't wait to watch her continue to develop.

My LaManchas are truly my pride and joy. This little herd has come farther than I ever imagined in such a short amount of time, and I couldn't be happier with the kid crop they've given me this year. It's been a while since I've highlighted any of my LaMancha kids, so I figured it was time.

🥀 Upside-Down Fatal Attraction 🥀

"Tally" has been special from the moment she hit the ground. As the very first LaMancha kid I ever bred and a massive single doe at that she'll always hold a special place in my heart.

As she's matured, she's continued to impress me more every day. She's developing into an incredibly balanced young doe with the length, strength, and correctness that I strive to produce. She combines plenty of dairy character with the substance to remain functional, and she carries herself with the style and presence that catches your eye.

I'm beyond excited to watch this girl continue to mature and can't wait to see what the future has in store for her.

Pictures, pictures, pictures... it feels like they never end! Thankfully, it makes the process a whole lot easier when the kids are this nice.

This doe has easily been one of my favorite Nigerian kids born this year. She has impressed me from the very beginning with the strength of her general appearance and the balance she carries throughout. She is incredibly level across her topline, wide through the chest floor, and tracks exceptionally straight while maintaining tremendous width between her hocks. I especially appreciate the substance and correctness she possesses without sacrificing femininity, and the smoothness with which all of her parts blend together.

She has the structural correctness and style that I love to see in a young doe, and I'm excited to watch her mature. As she continues to develop, I think she'll only become more impressive.

As much as I admire her conformation, it's her personality that steals the show. With her incredibly amiable disposition, she's everyone's favorite and never fails to make people smile. She truly is a joy to have around, and I can't wait to see what the future holds for her.

With breeding season upon us it’s time to reintroduce all of our herd sires!

So pleased with how this buck is maturing! He is on the schedule for multiple of our favorite does this season. He is insanely stylish and upstanding. I just love his flatness of bone and openness throughout.
