Mama Lu's Kitchen Mama Lu's is a Fort Worth local brand specializing in hand rolled artisan tamales and homemade salsa Fresca.

I'm a local Fort Worth tamalera, born and raised in Texas. I'm honing my craft and offering Artisan tamale flavors and rich salsas from farm to table ingredients. I'm considered a ghost kitchen and pop up at local markets and catering style events. My team is made up of people who believe in this product's quality and love it's taste. Please join me on this journey to learn everything there is to know about how to provide quality food and encourage the sense of gratitude and thankfulness between customer-service relations.
