Justin Anderson is a food entrepreneur and flavor innovator with a passion for connecting people through good food and memorable experiences. Over the past two decades, he has built and scaled multiple consumer product brands, with his creations being found in thousands of retail locations across the country.
In 2021, Justin launched Bel Air Ranch Herb & Spice Co., inspired by his love of bold, distinctly Texan flavors. What started with his signature sugar-free blend — a unique combination of purple shallots, green peppercorn, and smoky Korean red pepper — quickly became a favorite among home cooks and chefs alike. The blend became a top seller at Central Market H-E-B, and today the Bel Air Ranch lineup includes nine handcrafted seasonings — Bel Air Hatch, Bel Air Mediterranean, Bel Air Smokey, Bel Air Bird, Bel Air Steak & Prime Rib, Bel Air Brisket BBQ, Bel Air Blackening, and the Bel Air Ranch Perfect Turkey Brine & Rub Kit for the holidays, all available in the Meat Department at Central Market.
A familiar face to Chefs for Farmers attendees, Justin has participated in past festivals with his previous brands Anderson Trail Premium Soft Granola and WOATS Oatsnack, bringing his signature warmth and creativity to the event year after year.
Beyond the kitchen, Justin is a lifelong entrepreneur who believes in giving back. He regularly speaks to students of all ages about creativity, leadership, and building meaningful brands. An Eagle Scout and Horatio Alger National Scholar, Justin has been honored at The White House and recognized as one of the Top 100 Entrepreneurs in the U.S. Under 30 by Startup America and The Kauffman Foundation. He also appeared on ABC’s The Great American Tag Sale with Martha Stewart.
Fun fact: Justin invented the world’s first Bloody Mary Pickle for Best Maid Pickles of Fort Worth — a tomato-based pickle brine that transforms into a perfect Bloody Mary with just a splash of vodka.
This year, Justin is partnering with Justin Hartley of Hartley Ranch Angus Beef to grill the best Texas steaks you’ve ever had and is looking forward to seeing you on Saturday, November 1st at Chefs for Farmers in Dallas.
