HONEY GARLIC SALMON & SHRIMP OVER GARLIC BUTTER RICE ๐ŸŸ๐Ÿฆ๐Ÿฏ

For the Honey Garlic Salmon & Shrimp:
2 salmon fillets
ยฝ lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons soy sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
ยฝ teaspoon smoked paprika
ยฝ teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
For the Garlic Butter Rice:
1 cup jasmine rice
2 cups chicken broth
2 tablespoons butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
ยฝ teaspoon salt
ยผ teaspoon black pepper
ยผ cup fresh parsley, chopped

Prepare the Honey Garlic Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, lemon juice, smoked paprika, and black pepper. Set aside.
