WOW!!! The words in our hearts don’t express the gratitude we have for nights like that! THANK YOU to all that came out for the Priory 2nd Anniversary, and also to everyone that worked their ass off to make it happen (AHEM, Chef Ben!).

THE KITCHEN IS CLOSING DOWN FOR A DAY!

We need to do some deep cleaning, get a couple of things in order, and let our kitchen peeps have a little fun together.

Bar will still be pouring all day and the kitchen will be back up and running Tuesday at 11am!

The team here at the Cellar has long held internal discussions about what it is we do and value. Here’s the open secret, while we value the great Craft Beer Selection & the amazing ZA… they are truly only mediums for us to cultivate our passion, a true 3rd Space for people to meet, to mingle, to engage, and to build communities. Above all else, that’s been our core value. As a proper pub should.

With that, we understand you can’t make that happen without great food & beverage, we we believe (based on your feedback) we’ve got some of the best ZA & suds in this great city!

Our homies at Smoke & Bone BBQ have had a rough run with theft at the truck. It takes A LOT of time and effort to perfect BBQ and these guys are crushing the game… BUT, small businesses have constraints. And these guys have endured quite a bit.

We’re calling on the community of the Near Southside, Fort Worth to help us support these guys when they get inventory back online and open this week!!! Time for a Sell-Out streak to befall our homies on the block! Let’s go, Southside… TREAT YO SELF!!!
